How to use a gift card?

You can pay your orders made on the online shops Bongénie and Bongénie Outlet entirely or partially by using a BG Club gift card.

All you need to do is enter the number of the card in the field “I have a gift card” when selecting the payment method.

The outstanding balance will then be automatically updated, taking into account the amount of the added gift card.

Gift cards purchased online can also be used in our stores.

The recipient will be able to use it in any of our stores, whether online on the Bongénie and Bongénie Outlet websites, in shop at Bongénie, Max Mara Suisse, Hofstetter Sports and Buzzano. It can also be used in our restaurants, Bongénie Café (in Geneva and Lausanne) and Emile Restaurant & Bar (in Zurich).
