This scented candle by TRUDON will transport you to the heart of the gardens of the Palace of Versailles. It was a visionary man, Jean-Baptiste de La Quintinie, who created the Potager Royal, an exceptional kitchen garden commissioned by Louis XIV. In this mecca of horticultural innovation, the king's gardener aimed to grow figs all year round. The Figuerie Royale, a pavilion built by Jules-Hardouin Mansart, made this dream possible. The fresh scent of leaves, tree resin and wet earth, and the concept of light and shade inspired the fragrance of this candle, poured into a celadon green glass enhanced with sparkling gold. The morning awakening of this winter garden on the first day of spring: the opening of the greenhouse creates a magical olfactory moment, between vegetal, green and solar facets.
