Inspired by the fleeting whiff of an angelica bouquet gathered after the rain, Jean-Claude Ellena's creation for Frédéric Malle plays out like a subtle chamber music arrangement. Deceptively simple, Angéliques sous la Pluie merges with the skin of the person who wears it. Made of the spicy and tonic notes of angelica roots, juniper berries, pink pepper and coriander, this composition lies on a bed of musk and cedar wood softening the whole to create a comforting caress. A splash of emotions.

Top notes: juniper berries, pink pepper, bergamot.

Middle note: angelica.

Base notes: cedar, white musk.
