Why has an item I added to my shopping cart disappeared?

Your shopping cart is saved for 72 hours and is automatically updated based on item availability.

It is possible that a product added to your shopping cart is no longer displayed if it has been permanently removed from our catalogue, for example at the end of the season or when it is no longer available for sale.

In this case, the piece is automatically removed from the basket and can no longer be ordered.

Please note:

• If a product is temporarily out of stock, it remains visible in your basket (greyed out) and reappears automatically as soon as it is back in stock.
• However, if a product is permanently removed, it is no longer shown in the shopping cart.
