Where can I collect my parcel?

When you place an order on bongenie.ch and outlet.bongenie.ch, you can choose your collection point from the options available.

You have access to more than 2,700 PickPost points provided by Swiss Post at no extra cost.

If you opt for the My Post 24 service, you can select the locker closest to you, available 24 hours a day depending on the location.

In the rare event that no locker is available, your parcel will be deposited at the nearest Swiss Post counter.
