When will the parcel be shipped?

The shipping time is usually 3 to 5 working days from the confirmation of your order. This time may vary depending on the availability of items.

During periods of high activity (sales, holidays, public holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Home delivery

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the Swiss Post, delivery usually takes place within 2 working days.

PickPost and My Post 24 delivery

Your parcel is usually available at the collection point within 2 working days after it has been picked up by the Swiss Post.

When your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive an email and/or text message from the Swiss Post. For PickPost collection: please bring your official, valid identity card with you.

For My Post 24 collection: you will receive an email and/or text message containing the instructions you need to open the locker.

This year, online or in-store purchases made from 01/12/2025 can be returned until 12/01/2026.
