How to return an item?

You can return or exchange articles within 14 days of the invoicing date, which is indicated on the invoice enclosed in your delivery box.


Items must be returned in brand new and undamaged condition, with all labels still attached to the original presentation.


Lingerie or swimwear articles may only be tried on over other pieces of clothing. Any hygiene protection that may be present must also be left in place.


You have the option of returning your goods in store or by Swiss post.


Free in-store returns


We accept returns of articles purchased online in all our Bongénie stores during opening hours. In-store returns are free and do not need to be indicated in your online customer area.

How to make an in-store return?

Please bring the invoice you received with your order so that we can pass it on to our sales team in the shop. If you have lost the receipt, you can print it out from the order history section of the "My orders & returns" tab in your customer area.

Then select the relevant order with the product you are looking for, click on "My invoice" and proceed to print.


Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase. During your visit, each item will be checked for quality.


Returns by Swiss post


For products purchased exclusively online, you may return them by post, at your own expense. Returns by post are free of charge for BG Club members with Gold or Diamond status.


In order for us to process your return, you must first register it in the "My orders & returns" section of your customer area, which you can access via your order history. You will be asked for a reason for the return during this procedure.

Navigate to your customer account

If you have lost your proof of purchase, you can reprint it from your order history, located in the ‘My orders and returns’ tab of your customer space. Then select the order you want, click on ‘My invoice’ and print it out. Unfortunately, without a receipt, the return cannot be processed and the item will be returned to you.


On receipt of your items, our teams will carry out a quality check.

Please note that perfumes and cosmetics are not eligible for exchange or return.
