How do I collect my parcel from a PickPost access point or My Post 24 locker?

As soon as your parcel is deposited at a PickPost access point or My Post 24 automatic locker, you will receive a notification from La Poste by email and/or SMS.

You then have 10 days to collect it.

PickPost point

Present your ID card and the shipment number indicated in the notification.

My Post 24 locker

Simply scan the QR code received by email and/or SMS at the machine. The compartment will open automatically and you can collect your shipment. If a signature is required, it can be provided directly on the machine's screen.
