How can I use the PickPost or My Post 24 service?

As a private resident of Switzerland, you can use the PickPost and My Post 24 services provided by Swiss Post.

To use these services without restrictions, you must have a Swiss Post account.

If you do not yet have an account at the time of your order, La Poste will automatically send you an email with instructions on how to complete your registration.

If you already have a La Poste account, there is no need to create a new one.
