Can I authorise someone else to collect my parcel from a PickPost point?

Yes. You can designate a trusted person by issuing a one-time consignment, valid for a specific shipment.

This authorisation can be created via the online service ‘Manage an invitation to collect a shipment’ or by telephone through Swiss Post's Contact Centre on +41 848 888 888.

Please note that consignments – whether one-off or permanent – are not accepted at My Post Service points offering PickPost.
